Refund policy

 

Returns

We really hope you love your Badgerbee Design products, however if you are not entirely happy, please contact us to arrange a return. 

Simply email us at returns@badgerbeedesign.co.uk within 14 days of purchase, state your full name, order number and the email address that was used to place the order. We will be in touch as soon as possible.

To be eligible for a return, we require proof of purchase, plus your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse to refund if items are non-saleable.

Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of return postage and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Please note, if 14 days have expired then unfortunately, we are unable to accept your return.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Any applicable refund will be processed as soon as possible, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5 working days.

Where applicable we will refund the price of the products in full. Postage will not be refunded.

Please be aware that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Shipping

To return your product, please post your item to:

Badgerbee Design, 43 The Hornets, Horsham, West Sussex, RH13 5RE, United Kingdom.

Please bear in mind that delivery costs will only be refunded on faulty products. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of the original or return postage. 

If you are shipping any items over £20, we recommend sending your unwanted items back via recorded delivery as we can't refund products damaged or lost in transit.

 

Cancellations

If you made a mistake on your order or simply wish to cancel it, your order can be cancelled at any time prior to the dispatch of your goods.

Simply email cancelorder@badgerbeedesign.co.uk, along with your full name and order number to request the cancellation. Unfortunately, any cancellation emails that are received after we have sent notice of dispatch cannot be accepted.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

 

Exchanges 

We currently do not offer currently offer exchanges.
